9" diameter x 2"tall. (inside measurement 6.5" diameter). manufactured by the California Pottery Company from1942-1953. Design by Vernon Kilns in Vernon, California, USA. The design features multi-colored wildflower bouquet containing prominent red roses, yellow, purple, blue blossoms and green leaves painted over a cream eggshell background. The rims have a raised rope-like design with scalloped edges. **Other Vernon Kilns patterns like the "Mayflower" pattern is widely referred to, bought and sold under the descriptive name "Chintz" due to its dense vibrant English chintz style floral aesthetics."** These two bowls are great condition and in beautiful, vibrant colors.
