This girl came to me with four jump rings built into her frame but no way to be worn. I happened to have a chain on hand, and everything about it — the scroll link style, the built-in bail, the vintage barrel clasp — spoke Victorian. Even the shapes agree: her filigree frame tapers to a graceful V at the base, echoed by the V of the bail above her. It was simpatico, through and through. So I built the connection between her frame and that bail, and gave her a proper way to finally be worn. She's a genuine carved shell cameo, high relief, with real depth in her curls and the flower in her hair. Cameo: 1.5" x 1.25". Framed: 3" x 1.5". Settles at a 26" drop.
