4" long. Monogrammed and dated on each end - 5-7-89 & 7-7-05. These rattles were historically popular as traditional christening baptism or newborn keepsake gifts. Because of the different monograms and dates on each end of the rattle, almost always a family member / heirloom has been passed down and engraved for two separate children. Please note on one end of the rattle there are some dents. This would look beautiful polished up. A very unique and beautiful item to start collecting.
