Original 1960s “Noel” articulated wooden fashion doll from the You’re the Tops collection by Balos of Chicago. This distinctive 14-inch male doll features a slender hand-painted wooden body, stylized face with mustache, articulated arms and legs, cream fabric shirt, tan trousers, belt and soft beret. The doll appears complete with both hands and feet intact. Clothing shows age-related discoloration and light wear. A fine line is visible around the base of the neck; no obvious glue is present, but it may be a stable age crack or an old repair, so please review photos carefully. Minor paint and surface wear consistent with age. Clothing is sewn together and has not been removed. No odor, rips, or tears on clothing. A scarce mid-century collectible with wonderful theatrical and Art Deco-inspired styling.
