Beautiful vintage Kashmiri papier-mâché decorative bell, traditionally hand-painted with an intricate floral design. Features soft blue and cobalt-blue flowers accented with delicate gold-toned outlines against a dark background. The bell has a removable/domed upper section, braided hanging cord, and an interior clapper.
