Exceptional older signed Monet collar necklace featuring heavily textured openwork elements with an organic, almost coral or feather-like form. Each sculptural element is individually strung along the underlying chain, creating a flexible articulated construction with beautiful movement. The bold texture and abstract botanical design show strong 1960s–early 1970s Modernist influence. Finished with an adjustable extension chain, shepherd’s hook clasp and signed Monet hangtag. A substantial and unusual example of earlier Monet craftsmanship with incredible dimensional detail throughout. Vintage condition with age-appropriate wear visible in photos.
