This is a Pokemon League stamped Raichu V that you could only get from a prize pack at a Pokemon TCG tournament! Very rare find. Front: the front is free of any scratches, dents, or creases. The surface is smooth and shiny. Back: There is a speck of white bottom right corner. There is also a few swirl in the ink; was a common printing error for V cards of this era
