I pulled this card out of a box-fresh pack but it came out of the pack with a little whitening unfortunately. That's the only issue with the card, though. Front: the front of the card is clean, no dents, scratches, or creases. Back: Back surface is smooth, no scratches dents or creases. There are a few specks of whitening on the edges; please see photos!
