Universally recognized as the landmark anti-drug issue commissioned by the U.S. Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, distributed in standard 15-cent newsstand format. Titled "And Now, The Goblin!", the plot directly tackles illegal narcotics abuse when Harry Osborn's roommate, Harry's friend, or various troubled youths turn to drugs. Most famously, a high Harry Osborn accidentally hallucinates that he can fly and stumbles out of a window, forcing Spider-Man to intervene. Because Marvel chose to publish a story denouncing drug use without sanitizing it for the Comics Code Authority, the CCA refused to grant their stamp of approval for issues #96 through #98.
