This is an authentic antique Royal Typewriter cast metal promotional miniature / desk paperweight (c. 1920s-1930s). Cast in heavy pot metal / spelter with its original factory brass/bronze wash finish, this piece was produced as a dealer advertising giveaway modeled after an early Royal standard/desktop manual typewriter. It features crisp embossed details including four banks of round keys, spacebar, carriage return lever, ribbon spools, platen roller, and the embossed "ROYAL" logo boldly across the ribbon cover. Condition is very good antique with an open hollow base (as manufactured), showing smooth natural age wear, honest patina, and minor finish thinning along high points consistent with handling.
