Vintage Navajo sterling silver half hoop earrings featuring an oxidized thunderbird design. The recessed, darkened motif contrasts beautifully against the silver and gives the earrings a classic Southwestern look. The earrings are signed CT, as best I can make out. The CT hallmark has been associated with multiple Native American silversmiths, so I am not attributing these to a specific maker. Unmarked for metal content and tested positive for sterling silver. Each earring measures just under 3/4 inch long. Please see photos for additional measurements and details. Vintage preowned condition with surface wear, oxidation and natural patina consistent with age and use. Patina has been left intact.
