I found this incredible piece in a vintage jewelry lot from an estate sale. I've spent a lot of time researching and trying to learn the details. While this piece is unsigned, its construction, weight, and aesthetic bear strong resemblance to mid-century designer pieces by houses such as Hobé. Striking vintage statement necklace featuring high-end design craftsmanship. Built around a thick, woven gold-tone mesh collar band, the center showcases a cascading waterfall fringe made of individual strands of flattened mesh chains. Sparkling clear rhinestones are prong-set along the front face and ends of the fringe, giving the illusion of scattered light across the draped metal. Condition: Excellent vintage condition with minimal sign of age; bright finish, clear stones, and fully intact structure.
