Vintage 1970s India Glass Micro Beaded Floral Fringe Purse Handbag Mirror Absolutely stunning vintage 1970s handmade India evening purse featuring intricate glass micro beadwork in brilliant aqua blue with pink and red flowers and green leaves. Finished with a dramatic cascade of long glass-beaded fringe and an ornate antiqued brass-tone frame with embossed floral detailing and a blue cabochon accent. The extra-long chain strap is accented with coordinating blue glass beads and gold-tone spacers. The aqua satin-lined interior retains its original matching satin-covered mirror—a wonderful detail to find still with the purse. A beautiful example of the 1970s Art Deco/flapper-inspired beaded purse revival with a fabulous bohemian feel. Vintage condition with age-related metal patina and some discoloration/spotting to the interior trim and satin mirror cover.
