Vintage Fenton Silver Crest art glass vase featuring an opaque white milk glass body with Fenton’s distinctive clear crystal crest around the deeply ruffled rim. This example has a simple elegant form with a narrow waist, rounded pedestal-style foot and dramatic six-point crimped/ruffled opening. The contrast between the solid white body and transparent clear edge gives Silver Crest its recognizable appearance. Silver Crest was one of Fenton’s classic mid-century treatments, with the clear glass crest applied to the milk-glass body.
