Vintage Aunt Rhody Country Goose sponge/napkin holder featuring the charming white goose with blue polka-dot bow, tiny blue accents and repeating heart motif. A wonderful piece of vintage country kitchen decor with cottagecore, farmhouse and grannycore appeal. Measures approximately 5 1/2" wide x 4" tall. Designed with a divided/open center that can be used as a sponge holder, napkin holder or decorative kitchen organizer. The piece has a visible hairline crack extending through the ceramic at the lower back/base area. Please see photos carefully. It remains intact and displays nicely, but is being sold AS-IS due to the crack. Pattern is commonly identified as Aunt Rhody Goose and is associated with vintage Brick Oven/Tienshan stoneware.
