Vintage Japanese porcelain decorative plate measuring approximately 10" across. Features an elegant mid-century Asian-inspired design with a raised gold bird perched on a gray flowering branch, white blossoms, black accents and raised white enamel dots. Finished with a fine gold rim. Reverse is marked MADE IN JAPAN in red; no manufacturer name is present. Likely dates from the mid-20th century. A nice display piece for collectors of Japanese porcelain, bird décor, vintage Asian ceramics and decorative plates. No chips or cracks noted. Some minor wear to gold trim and design.
