The centerpiece is an impressive 75-carat Number 8 turquoise cabochon, hand-cut and polished by Diamond S from rough personally purchased at the Kingman Turquoise Mine. Brilliant light blue turquoise contrasts against a dramatic dark brown-to-near-black host-rock matrix, giving this stone the unmistakable character associated with classic Number 8. The substantial setting is entirely handmade in sterling silver with a heavy custom bezel, twisted-wire borders, individually hand-stamped details and an oversized stamped bail capable of accommodating a substantial chain or cord.
