This vintage sterling silver statement ring features a richly saturated natural lapis lazuli cabochon set in an elegant openwork modernist mounting. The elongated marquise stone displays beautiful deep royal blue color with subtle natural pyrite flecks that catch the light. The ring is signed FLA, marked Sterling, and bears an additional stamp that is difficult to identify. Its sculptural design has a clean, contemporary look while still fitting beautifully into Southwestern and artisan jewelry collections. The ring is a size 6.5 and the face measures approximately 3/4 inch (19 mm) long.
