Vintage hand-painted approx 6" length ceramic piggy bank from the mid-20th century. Features blue eyes, pink-blushed ears and snout, and a bold dark-brown brushstroke floral/pinwheel design along each side. Coin slot on top. No opening on bottom. Likely a well-fired ceramic body. Underside shows four original felt-style pads (worn all the way down with age) and no stopper hole—a traditional "break to open" still bank, though it can simply be displayed. No maker's markings present. A delightful piece of folk-style pottery with lots of character. Would make a great addition to any collection of vintage banks or kitschy ceramics. Condition: excellent vintage condition. No cracks or chips. Light crazing/wear consistent with age. Please see all photos. As-is.
