Vintage 1942 E.S. Lowe Company Pocket-Size Bingo game, Vol. 522, made in the USA. Early Bookshelf Games edition housed in its original folding book-style case. Set includes spinner, master board with printed instructions, 10 heavyweight bingo cards and 145 round markers. Instruction sheet is copyright dated 1942 and lists the original contents as 1 spinner, 1 master board, 10 cards and 150 markers. Attractive wartime-era game with wonderful period graphics and typography. Excellent display piece for collectors of vintage games, Bingo memorabilia and E.S. Lowe products. The folding outer case shows age-related surface wear, edge wear, small marks and some material loss. Spinner shows oxidation, discoloration and wear but remains intact. Bingo cards and master board show toning, spotting and light handling wear. Interior boxes show edge and corner wear. There are 5 missing markers (145 included).
