Beautiful vintage sterling silver heart earrings featuring intricate openwork filigree scrollwork and a dimensional puffed design. Each heart is decorated with ornate scrolling vine-like filigree extending across the front and sides, giving the earrings an especially pretty three-dimensional appearance. Finished with secure leverback ear wires.
