Fantastic vintage atomic-style flower brooch with an oversized pale aqua domed cabochon surrounded by wildly sculptural gold-tone petals and leaves. The design has fabulous Mid-Century Modern / Sputnik-era energy—the alternating pointed leaves and curled open petals create an explosive starburst silhouette. Textured metal surfaces add even more dimension, while the large translucent aqua center gives the piece a glowing bubble-like effect.
