Community events featured on our community board are organized independently by sellers, not by Whatnot. Whatnot does not host, organize, sponsor, or run these events and is not involved in their planning, venue, safety, or operation.

Hosting your own event?

Apply to market it through our Community Board so more sellers can find out and show up. You'll need a live event link to submit.

You have full control over your event. You'll run the show, collect RSVPs, charge for tickets if you wish, and communicate with your guests directly. New to hosting? We've got a best practices guide to help you get started.

These are the minimum requirements for event hosts to be featured on our Community Board:

  • Active Whatnot seller (you’ve made a sale in the last 90 days)
  • At least an 80% On-Time Shipment Rate
  • At least a 95% Fulfillment Success Rate
  • No serious violations or bans, and a track record of respectful behavior at past Whatnot and community events

If your application is approved, you will receive an email confirmation and your event will be added to our page. Make sure to add [email protected] to your contact list so our emails do not get sent to spam.

Whatnot reserves the right to remove your event from our page at any time—like if there’s been past poor behavior at an event or a serious violation on your account.

Listing an event here is not an endorsement or recommendation of the event or its organizer. Whatnot confirms only that the organizer meets basic Whatnot account eligibility. We do not verify event details, venues, or organizers beyond that, and we do not screen attendees.
