I get this happens but I did pay for ground shipping and I received an envelope? I asked for a refund on my $3 purchase and they offered $1, when I requested the $3 they declined asking for proof. I did send a photo but Haven’t heard back yet so I went to whatnot support. If someone is going to charge for ground shipping, please make sure it’s sent in a bubbler and not an enevolpe Make you project cards not in top loaders.
