This was my 1st purchase and I bought 3 blouses. On one of the sales it was not quite clear which blouse I had won and I was inadvertently sent the wrong one. I messaged the sellers and "WITHIN THE HOUR" Gabby replied and took immediate action. Problem solved that quickly!!! In ANYTHING in life, some "thing" might go wrong....especially, buying something thru "our phones!" It is not if there is an issue, it is HOW that issue gets taken care of that counts, in my book!
