This guy uses homemade half ass penny sleeves to ship cards. Not even a top loader. Do not trust him when it comes to shipping your cards. Sorry you feel that way. I am new to selling and I must have not put a top loader on your card. I am sorry about that. I use normal penny sleeves and not homemade ones though. If there is any team or players you like let me know so I can make it right. I have never had a complaint before so I must have messed up on your order.
