I had to request assistance from Whatnot.please check your messages before posting a very harmful 1 star review. i did reply to you, I just dont go live every day to check my messages. your order was shipped in a plain white envelope as per the industry standard for orders under $20. if the item never arrived, that is something that only the post office and what not can help you with regardless. I packaged the correct card properly, and dropped it off at the post office like every other order that day. please reconsider your review, as i did everything right.
