Beoordelingen (48)Very disappointing experience. Comics arrived in a poorly made DIY cardboard box held together with tape. The sides were open, and the books were slipping out with almost no protection. The comics also had a strong, unpleasant smell. Extremely careless packaging, especially for collectibles. Would not recommend buying from this seller. Packaged poorly, comic arrived damaged. Sent seller a message, never replied. The issue wasn’t the reused box, it was the dirt, strong smell, and bent comics. I contacted the seller hoping for help, but received accusations and profanity instead. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t purchase again. My experience with this seller was extremely disappointing. My comics arrived damaged due to poor packaging. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to resolve the issue professionally, the seller became defensive, dismissive, and rude. He blamed USPS, justified his packaging methods because they were cheap, and made me feel like I was wrong for raising a legitimate concern. His messages were unprofessional and included inappropriate language. As a buyer, I expect my purchases to be packaged securely and my concerns to be treated respectfully. I would not recommend dealing with this seller based on my experience. Great seller fast shipping and well packaged awesome seller My comics arrived with a strong unpleasant odor, dirt inside the packaging, and some books bent. When I contacted the seller, they dismissed my concerns, accused me of making things up, and told me to contact USPS. Very disappointing packaging and customer service. You did not indicate that somebody chewed off his hand and you had his arm hidden behind him so you sold me something I would’ve never bought if I knew the hand was chewed off. We don’t do that here in the Barbie community. We have respect for each other. Feel free to reach out for advice on how to pack comic books
Great stream, books & shipping. Thank you Thank you for the giveaway! Dude shipped the books in a makeshift box which is fine but taped the crap out of the comics with packaging tape ruining some and taped one individual book to the back of the “box” which bent the book trying to get it off. Do better or don’t do it at all my guy. Fast and secure shipping! Awesome selection of comics as well!! /users%2F71944233%2Fstore%2F0ec7a8d7-5939-4ebe-9dcd-fcd5fa5e246b.jpeg)
