Item 33 , 78 and 21 missing. Order #21 was ran twice ( same
Order number for two different items). Order 78, 33, 21( skims missing) the sandals leather cracked I removed the buckle to make bigger and one fell apart. Very stiff. Holiday delayed delivery but that’s on the USPS and the calendar. My plush arrived just as described and well packaged. Highly recommend her. I understand things happen, reached out to seller twice via messaging for friendly communication, and nothing. I only purchase from sellers who have a 1 day shipping, seller took 4, and falsely claimed that it was shipped when it was just the picture of a label on its own and not on a package. I could have flagged the photo but I didn’t, because I wanted to give buyer benefit of the doubt through communication, but was ignored both attempts by me by seller. Sadly will not purchase again due to this lack of communication. Love the jacket! It was exactly the way she described ot!
