Shipping took a little longer than usual, but my biggest issue is that I purchased an Anthropologie necklace fairly during the auction and it was never sent. Instead, she wrote an apology on the receipt and included $10. If she wasn't willing to let the necklace sell for that price, then it shouldn't have been started at $1 in the first place.
What makes this even more frustrating is that she had no problem sending the anklet that I paid $23 for. It gives the impression that she chose not to honor the lower-priced winning item while fulfilling the more expensive purchase.
