They try and pass laptops tablets and phones as great condition. When they arrive to your house they are in horrible condition. Especially if you get a “steal” or great “price” they will give you the worse looking item. No integrity in this company. False advertising!!!! Horrible experience. Lesson learn. I will take the L. It’s junk, I should have looked into what it actually was before purchasing. It’s basically a fan with a heater. It’s not an air conditioner as the box claims it to be. But it’s not really the sellers fault Came with the wrong charger Sent photo proof for my AGC, but was DMed an invalid code. I sent the seller a message and a few follow ups, but received no reply.
