The item was won for £6 representing excellent value for a pair of Nike trainers. During the live stream, I clearly stated they would come with a half box, so this was accurately described at sale.
Once dispatched, delivery is handled by Royal Mail and I cannot control transit handling.
I wish you had contacted me before leaving a review as I am always willing to resolve concerns. Negative reviews can significantly impact small, genuine sellers, and I would have appreciated the opportunity to assist.
