Beoordelingen (2.446)Love everything I get from Jenny but more importantly she is a genuinely sweet and caring person. Her shows are fun to be in because of her amazing personality and kindness. She takes the time to give you measurements and answer questions and is always trying to help! I can’t recommend Jenny enough, ❤️ you!! Lightning fast shipping! Love my purchase ❤️ Obsessed with my goldsign jeans! Thank you Jenny! I should have asked length pants are too short will give as a gift or resell it! Awesome Eye Mask! Thank you so much! Both sweaters are beautiful and so soft. Thanks I hate giving bag reviews but unfortunately this one is necessary. Seller is uncooperative. A significant amount of items were missing from the package for whatever reason. Seller is claiming they did not tape the package that way. Of course there is no way to confirm such a thing. But bag was not sealed properly and items were sticking out when received. When someone purchased a significant amount of items… and I am talking about 20+ items they should be shipped out in a box not a flimsy bag. I am very disappointed. The seller refuses to take accountability and cooperate properly to issue the necessary refunds.I’m sorry to hear this. I responded as soon as you contacted me and spent approximately 20 minutes messaging with you, helping you work through the next steps. Since it appeared to be a shipping issue involving USPS, I advised you to escalate it to Whatnot support. The records I have show that a refund was issued, and I have screenshots documenting that. Given my immediate response and efforts to help, it’s hurtful to be called “uncooperative .” I work very hard to run this small business and truly appreciate every customer. I’m saddened by this review because I was present, the whole time. Another great purchase from the best seller on whatnot ❤️ Great quality clothing at amazing prices and the best show ever! Always looking forward to every show!!
5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ as always!!!!
