Thank You:) item as described and fast shipping always love all the plants and pots I buy. Great shopping experience 💚Thank you so much Shirley!! If you love cacti, this is your GIRL! 🌵🔥 Always bringing the HEAT with amazing finds! Plus, she’s such a fun seller with the best vibes! 💕🌵Haha my favorite screen name. Thanks girl! #shamwow lol My plants arrived incredibly well packed and in excellent condition. Thank you so much. Thanks to whatnot support for helping me with this. The seller blocked me. I don’t recommend. Buyer claimed her ghost cactus arrived in “less than ideal condition” but never identified any actual damage initially. Her photos showed an intact, healthy cactus. When I questioned the issue, she called me defensive. Her complaints then changed to the plant not matching a generic listing photo, to bendy arms, and poor packaging, but never a broken or dead cactus. Video confirms she received the exact plant purchased. Whatnot reviewed the case and determined I would not be penalized or charged for a refund, but they likely gave her a refund out of their pocket and not mine. /users%2F25477298%2Fstore%2F6c5e8406-f63d-437e-980f-fbf8629f3b8c.jpeg)
