won an etb in this surprise set and seller chose not to send and refused to send i would not reccomend Hi,Yes you did win an ETB.You won a sealed ETB, upon inspection when it came to packaging we found that it was damaged. As the item was no longer as described we couldn’t send it without confirming that it was alright with you. That night you were tagged in the comments of a live you were in, sent multiple messages and we conveniently did not receive a reply until very shortly after we decided to cancel (the next day). We can’t send out products that are not as described following selling guidelines. Sorry you had a bad experience, everyone else has received their prizes from any set we’ve done brilliant as always. 5☆ Great stream, Fab banter. packaged and delivered well. 👍 Super quick delivery, amazing deals ❤️
