Beoordelingen (621)Bought a couple cards that were comped wrong by the seller and were said to be higher quality condition than received in the mail. Ended up arguing with the guy because he said he never said anything was clean, nm or that he said the price of the card when he’s just blatantly lying. There wouldn’t be this many negative reviews if I was lying/ if he was right. Seller needs to work on showing and verbally describing conditions of items they’re selling. My favorite part of this is that the seller says they don’t do returns but offered a partial refund to me for the item when he said he didn’t do anything wrong. Then whatnot support is allowing a refund to go through, so I guess he really does do refunds!No refunds or cancels "ON STREAM". Again you were shown actually proof on screenshots of condition being shown and got proven wrong, whatnot support did not in fact approve refund, I gave them to you. But again thanks for shopping at the void 🙂 Transparent and willing to work with you if there are any issues. The seller described this card as “clean” and near mint, but the card I received is HP to DMG condition with significant flaws. After going back and reviewing the replay of the purchase, it’s clear the seller did not properly show the card’s condition and appeared to intentionally avoid showing the damaged areas. Had the condition been shown accurately, I would never have purchased it. The card was completely misrepresented. I would not recommend this seller.After watching the vod back, I never said "clean" or "nm". I showed the card out of sleeve to my reviewers. You came in mid bid without seeing the back and decided to bid and requested condition check after the fact. As the rules no refunds or cancels. But again ty for shopping at the void. This is honestly a sad review when during stream seller was shown condition on all cards and was even overbidding folks bidding and I quote said "idc if I overpaid. It's my money". Damage to all corners and edges, this Radiant Pikachu is absolutely cooked. I’ve never seen anything like this on Whatnot, extremely dishonest of this seller to put a card like this up and mention absolutely nothing of the damage. Didn’t even take it out of the top loader beforehand, concealing the true condition of the card. Condition of card was indeed shown on screen and then put back into toploader. Buyer came in mid of the card running and max bidded without seeing the condition before hand and was demanding a refund. The rules are all sales are final, he took away the opportunity of someone who saw the condition and was bidding against them and demanded a refund. But again thank you for shopping at the void.
