Hello! I’m so sorry about this experience. I normally drop my packages off the very next day at the post office, but my label printer had issues that messed up several labels. Because of that, the post office had problems scanning them correctly, which caused the delays.
I’ve also taken your feedback on packaging — now I make sure all clothing is sealed inside protective packaging before going into the poly mailer. I even paused selling for a bit to get my label printer fully fixed so this won’t happen again.
