She asked me to ask what not for a refund and use the refund money to send her the wrong item back. I sent her the item, because she promised to send the one that I purchased. And I checked my messages. The seller has blocked me… wow!!!!! I have proof of our conversation messages of these events… be careful and be aware…do not trust this seller!!!!!!
I absolutely sent you the shirt that you bought just like I did with the other customer that received your shirt. If you haven't received it I am sorry but I don't have any control over the postal service. I did block you after the messages you started sending me became harassing and with curse words. I too have the messages. This is the first time I have had a mix up with any item and when I received the shirts back I mailed them right back out. I am completely trustworthy as can be seen by my other reviews and the many friendships I have made through this platform. But necklace arrived in great condition. beautiful but bracelet was broken. Very low price though.I'm so sorry the bracelet got broken during shipping I place them all in a bubble envelope to try and prevent any damage. if you would like to return for a refund that will be fine.
