I have to say I’m very disappointed. I made two purchases of 2 pads and only received one. I reached out to them. They attempted to say USPS might have removed one. The box was not tampered with. I was sent some pics of an individual packing items and it shows she packed two but it does not show the address it’s being sent to. I can honestly say I am 100% sure it does not have my address being as though I did not received my paid items. Someone else received the pad somehow I’m being treated as if I’ve done something wrong. Even if I reached out to USPS what are they going to say? And will they pay me back my money? They will probably ask me how would I know what was packed? Leaving me no where and someone else super excited over their free pad. In the accuracy I selected 1 star because I had no choice of lesser. It was not accurate at all. She lied and didn’t send a pen with the phone. Even though she said on the live that she was gonna send the pen with it. Beautiful phone, fast shipping like always Great phone. I got it for my mother. What an awesome free giveaway. Phone was great only downside I didn’t know it had that many side scratches but other than that great buy Amazing purchase as always. Really awesome!
