I purchased a card and when I received it, the envelope was torn and beat up due to my purchase being shipped in a MAG. You cannot ship MAGS in plain white envelopes number one and number two because of this my card came out of the MAG and one of the corners was bent. To this day no reply back from this seller. Recommendation, please ship items professionally, respectfully, and properly as this is people’s money being spent for quality and something we love doing. Thank you. Said the package was delivered on Sunday, but 3 days later I got a slip saying I had to go pick it up and pay $6.98 postage due. Had to wake up early before work and waste time/money just to get something I already paid shipping for because you don’t seem to understand how shipping works on Whatnot. I also messaged you personally about the package that showed delivered but never arrived, and even after you ran another show the next day you never responded. Still no reply to this moment. The cards themselves seemed fine, just very unhappy about having to cover extra postage and wasting my time to go pick it up myself These guys sent a $9 card signature confirmation, and when I picked it up from the PO I had to pay an additional $6. Clown shoes. It took an extra 15 days and I HAD TO PAY $5.53 AT THE POST OFFICE??? I ALREADY PAID FOR THE CARDS AND HAD TO PAY FOR MORE? I did not get all my cards that I bought.
