Reviews (184)My purchase was made 5/5 and the label was printed shortly after. I checked tracking for a week and tracking stated the label was created but USPS had not received the package yet. I sent a message to the seller the afternoon of 5/12 letting her know what was going on and to please keep me informed. miraculously the package started tracking at 9:30 10:00 p.m. that same night and I never received a message back from the seller. I am very disappointed in the customer service that this seller has and I'm just glad I received my package. this seller definitely needs to have better communication with their buyers. It was printed and not attached to anything for a week. The shipment then took another week to arrive. The item delivered was an inaccurate size and does not fit the description of what was advertised. Disappointed Loved everything! Smelled good too Just as described and shipped quickly.
