Great packaging and love my glowy decanter! I hate to leave any type of negative reviews, but the packaging for my last 2 orders have not been good at all. First package i received which oddly wasn't my first order 2 out of the 4 pieces of glass were broken to pieces, my first order came in today beat up no fragile stickers anywhere no indication that it needed to be handled with care. 3 out of the 4 items i was really excited about broken. Thats $240 in glass combined between the orders I understand I'll get refunded the money. But I'd rather have the glass I payed for. My suggestions no packing peanuts,more bubble wrap, no empty plastic bags as filler that is not going to save any glass use the construction paper other glass sellers use, some type of indication that there is breakable stuff in the box. Like I said I hate to leave a bad review but I probably won't be back to buy again unfortunately, for no other reason but that I'd actually like to get my items intact and not broken, Other than that guy seems awesome.
