The card arriving in a plain white envelope, with no packaging to support the card. The damage could have occurred during shipping, I have never had a card arrived without proper packaging. Along with this, postage wasn’t fully covered so I had to leave work to pick it up from my local post office and pay the extra charge. Please contact me directly to resolve this situation. I am sorry to hear that this has happened. You did pay for envelope shipping which is why I was not able to put cardboard around it. This way it can abide by the size regulations where it can fit through the machine. Postage should have been covered I don’t know what happened with that. I would love to see a picture of how it arrived.
