Pineapple squishy shown on screen in Toymendous packaging. What we received was a dupe shoved in a Toymendous box. Reached out to seller for assistance before contacting whatnot and writing this review. Sellers response was “I don’t know what you would like me to do that whatnot can’t help with either”. Poor customer service with no attempt to assist. I would have been happy with an apology. Maybe an offer of a coupon towards my next purchase, but instead the response from seller was basically too bad for you, not my problem. And then she blocked me. Contacted whatnot, explained the situation, and provided the same pictures I had provided the seller and in approximately an hour they responded and gave me a full refund for the purchase. My only hope in writing this review is that the seller improves her customer service for her future customers. 😊 Quick delivery 🚚
