Item exactly as described fast shipping can’t wait to do business again The bag is nice but it was just a piece of bubble wrap on the handles the bag itself wasn’t protected. The box was caved in by the time I got it. Expected better packaging for a bag this high end . Very disappointed Perfect Packaging. Quick delivery. Brand new bag and wallet...adorable. 5 stars
