Hi Corry, I’m sorry to see this review. I was never contacted or made aware that there was an issue with your item, so I wasn’t given an opportunity to help or make it right. Customer service is extremely important to me, and I’m always happy to work with my buyers if something happens. Please reach out and let me know exactly what broke so I can better understand what happened. So fun to get this bag as a project!!!
