I get mistakes happen but when you confirm you made a mistake and ask for me to send something back is a waste of time for us both. I was going to decide and keep the bracelet that you stated was sterling. I tested it and its not sterling at all even though its marked. that's why sellers say the also test to make sure. you shouldn't say silver if your not sure or maybe you knew. but yes not about to waste my time to go to the post office to send a bracelet that wasn't that much but fake and you not just send what I originally bought. as good customer service as your mistake it should have been taking care of better. but I will not be buying here again because I'm not sure if I will get false sterling again. my lost your gain basically a tip. smh Perfect in every way!!
