Reviews (1,059)The ad stated that it came with the mount. It didn’t I’ve reached out and they said they were gonna look for it and I’ve messaged them four different times with no response. Also, they stated that it worked and it doesn’t stay lit up. The light only lights up when you first turned it on and then it shuts off. Arrived on time, packed very well. Battery seems to be in great condition, it will power a tool and is currently taking a charge. wouldnt hesitate to buy from again! It works just as described! And they are wonderful communicators, but please remember that it might take a few days to hear back from them, but they always reply!
I definitely see myself as a returning customer in the future!

🙏🏻💎🩶 NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!. Plugged it in and it DOES NOT WORK it smells like burnt wires contrary to what the item description says about it working which is definitelywrong... I would like to know what can be done since I need one and this one don't work.... This is a good way to lose customers by auctioning items that DO NOT WORK. We did not sending the item out knowingly there was a fault with it. And as soon as it was brought to our attention we did all we can to make it right, including offering a refund on tax+shipping+product but thanks for the negative review really helps us as a small business Seller's so accommodating.
