I get personal things happen so I feel like it’s fair to still give a 5 star rating because i do not know what goes on in his personal life, but he gave me products I wanted and a refund for the mishaps with it being almost 1.5 months behind. I still highly recommend him because he kept his word. I received my cards in great condition, especially the Garchomp EX holo from Paradox Rift! Thank you!
