Items were just dropped in box without packing supplies. Boxes of ornaments were identified as “excellent” when they were not. Love this Dalmatians pin, so cute. Thank you! Great experience. thank you Be very careful with this seller. I purchased quite a few pins off of her and put in a support ticket for two of the cheapest pins that arrived damaged. One I had a clear picture from the vod and she’s calling me a scammer. Last year I spent over $30k supporting many new sellers and existing sellers. I love the pin community and have many friends on here. I can’t believe her comment stating the two pins I received from her are not the same when on one I have a clear screenshot but only after taking a video and pausing it to be able to get a clear screenshot because of how quickly she showed it. The other was too far away to get a clear picture. She shows pins far away and very fast so ask to see them first and very close to the camera. Also ask her to show at a slight angle to see any deep scratches.
